The Art of Rediscovering God

2025 marks the 32nd year of my faith journey with Christ. Through years of ministry, fellowship with other believers, and mentoring individuals, I’ve noticed something familiar yet concerning — our awareness of God’s presence within and among us often fades over time. The reality of God becomes so normal, so routine, that we grow comfortable with it. Eventually, we lose sight of Him altogether.

When our conscious and subconscious minds reach that point, even spiritual disciplines — like studying the Word — can begin to feel empty. We start focusing on everything about God, except God Himself.
